Looking through the Octopus server logs, I noticed a couple of errors. The errors seem to be unrelated to anything the users did, at least, they did not attempt any deployments or other audited activities during the times noted in the error log. I’ve attached the log entries, remove the user name and our domain name.
The error shouldn’t be causing any issues; however, the ticket does mention that clearing the browser cache should stop the error from occurring. This would need to be done for any users who access your instance.
