Provide administrators the ability to prevent developers from pushing their code to production during business hours. This is extremely handy in large organizations.
Scenario: Developers are only allowed to move code into production after business hours and during the weekend. If a developer attempts to move the code during business hours, they are greeted with a disabled publish button or something along those lines. When the restriction is lifted, the developer can publish their code without any problems.
