Thanks for getting in touch! This is not quite how our Variable expression field works here. This box expects only a True/False string. So if the variable #{Tenant.CreateNewStore} evaluated to True, you could just place the variable in there as is without the = True
.

The documention on this topic is very confusing to say the least … which is why we posted a question here.
A follow up question. May steps be “grouped” together and treated as a unit with respect to a run condition variable?
For example, we have three steps in a process totaling 8 steps. The first three steps are all skipped if a certain variable is true. So it would be nice to be able to set a run condition for the three steps, as a group.
UPDATE: I found child steps but do not want rolling deployments. Can I use the former without the latter?
