Why is Zip packages recommended going forward?

In the latest version of Octo.exe, octo help pack states:

–format=VALUE Package format. Options are: NuPkg, Zip.
Defaults to NuPkg, though we recommend Zip going
forward

Why is zip recommended going forward?

Hi @SamRueby, thanks for reaching out.

We have found ZIP archives are easier to work with across cloud environments and multiple operating systems, which makes the ZIP format a reasonable default unless you have a specific need to use the NuPkg format.
