Why do I get a message that I should upgrade my license?

I get a message that my license is valid till November and covers version 3.1.
Why should I upgrade my license to install version 3.0.10? It doesn’t make sense.
Is this message (attached) as mistake?

Thanks for getting in touch! There was a bug in Octopus 3.0.9 that was fixed in 3.0.10. Feel free to upgrade to 3.0.10 to get this and other improvements: http://octopusdeploy.com/downloads
