I keep seeing this warning with every deployment, everything works well after that but wanted to know what this warning indicates and how to fix it?

Would you be able to try upgrading your Octopus server to at least one of the versions listed above and letting me know if it resolves the issue?

From your first comment it looks like the error messages you are getting are not affecting your deployments so hopefully you are fine to just ignore those and when you are able to upgrade to a version with the fix in they will go away in your logs.
