Using Subscriptions to Trigger TeamCity Builds

Hello,

I know that this was asked a while ago: http://help.octopusdeploy.com/discussions/questions/3613-calling-teamcity-from-octopus-deploy. However, I wanted to see if things have changed since then. Is it possible to use something like subscriptions to allow an Octopus deploy to trigger a TeamCity build?
