Currently in the ‘Upload to AWS S3 Template’, there is an issue that is currently prepending ‘…’ to the S3 key that it tries to do when I use the format ‘**/*’. Any help is much appreciated.

I have reproduced the error you are getting and created an issue here which you can use to track progress. We will be looking at this as a matter of priority in order to get it resolved as soon as possible.
