Hello,
When we run Tentacle upgrade on a host, all other tasks are blocked and waiting in the queue. Even though the deployment tasks are unrelated to the host that is running upgrade.
Any suggestion on how to avoid that?
Our Octopus version: v2019.5.7

Unfortunately you have just hit upon one of the known limitations with the upgrade process. We have a ticket in the backlog to address this. https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/3535
