I used to be able to get a list of versions via https://octopusdeploy.com/download/upgrade/v3 for updating purposes. However, recently it looks like this was purged and what is only left is this one line:
[{“Version”:“2018.10.0”,“Released”:“2018-12-19”,“Lane”:“SlowLane”}]
It used to have all the different versions, now it only have the one. Is there a new site now with this information?

You are correct that the link you are going to know only shows our LTS releases, of which there is currently only one. If you want to return all versions that are newer than you current version you can use the following link, you will just need to replace the version number with your currently installed version.
https://octopusdeploy.com/download/upgrade/v3?currentversion=3.5.0
