Unnecessary Uploads

Hi,

Im trying to figure out why Nuget packages from skipped steps are still uploaded. Not all of the skipped steps upload, only some of them.

Eg: I only tick 1 step of 10, but 4 of the steps nuget packages upload.

Any ideas? Im on latest version and seems to be doing this for a while now which leads to wasted time waiting for these uploads which will not ever be used.

This is a bug we’ve fixed in the upcoming 2.4 preview, which I hope will be published in the next week or so.
