Uninstall v2.3.3 does not properly uninstall

Hi
I have installed v2.3.3 Octopus server. Then I uninstalled the Server again. When I try to install it again it constantly complains that I have a previous v2 version installed which must be un-installed before.

How can I clean the System from any V2 installation traces?

Hi Paul,
I followed the instructions and cleared the registry keys. Unfortunately this does not solve my problem.

Hi Yannik,

Can you check whether a key exists under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\Octopus

After that, can you send me a screenshot of your registry under:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WOW6432Node\Octopus

And:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Octopus

Thanks for the info. After deleting the “InstallLocation” from this nodes, the Install has succeeded.
My ticket can be closed.
