Unexpected error when creating release

Hi
I get this error when I try to create a new release.
An unexpected error occurred in Octopus v2022.4.1372-hotfix.2686: "TypeError: t.filter(...)[0] is undefined"

Now it seems to work. Perhaps some change I had done had not quite taken effect yet?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear that you were having issues with this. In most cases with these transient React errors, it’s a stale browser cache causing a mismatch between the frontend webapp, and the API results being returned by the backend. This is likely to spring up more frequently on Octopus Cloud instances, where the upgrade cadence is a lot higher, with new versions rolling out weekly.
