This is strange indeed, are you able to paste through the full errors for our team to have a look through? Is this trying to install the latest version of Octopus Server (2020.1.17) or an older version?

Update/resolved: I uninstalled and then reinstalled it (same downloaded installer) and didn’t get the error this time.
