Unable to delete old Environment

Hello All,

We are on Octopus Server: v2020.1.10
I am attempting to delete old environment that is not being used anymore. I made sure nothing is referencing it. When attempting to delete via a screen I get this error:

“Attempted to view a document with Id ProjectTriggers-21 and SpaceId Spaces-2 that doesn’t match the current space context”

I also noticed my space id is actually “Spaces-23”. Feel like some data integrity issue on DB.
Any idea how I can fix this so I can delete environment that I no longer need?

Could you share a copy of your Octopus Server logs?

Also, could you tell me if any tools were used to migrate data between Spaces in Octopus Server?
