Thank you for contacting Octopus Support and I am sorry you are seeing errors in your Octopus UI, unfortunately, this is a known issue that can occur after an Octopus upgrade.
It looks like the instance was upgraded overnight. As a result, you’ll need to clear your browser cache when this crops up. More often than not, you can simply do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5) and the page will load correctly. Otherwise, you’ll need to go into the browsers settings and clear the cache from there.
Let me know if you are able to clear the error with a hard refresh or browser cache clear.
