Create a step template
Create a step based on the template and assign it to run on the Octopus Server with the new radio button
Update the step template in the library
Click the usage, then the Update button to update the step itself
The radio button is set back to run on a tentacle instead of on Octopus Server. Should stay on Octopus Server.
