TLS2 update issue

Recently, we got an issue

I think it is something about the TLS2 issue. So I enable the TLS2 on the server by the article here

AADSTS1002016: You are using TLS version 1.0, 1.1 and/or 3DES cipher -...

But now we got another one here/

Do you have any idea how to fix this one.
