The "Add Step" button for Child Steps does not appear to work in 3.12.5

Hello,

The “Add Step” button for Child Steps does not appear to work in 3.12.5. Nothing happens when clicking the button.

Note: The “Add Step” button for Parent Steps works. Also, the “Add child step” menu item works.
