The account applied to this endpoint is not available in all of the environments targeted by the machine

I am getting this error when trying to add a new Environment to a Deployment Target. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hi,

It sounds like the Deployment Target references an account (for example, if the Deployment Target uses an SSH Connection, then it would use an SSH Key Pair Account).

When you add the Deployment Target to another environment, we only allow this operation if the Account associated with that Deployment Target is also assigned to the same Environment.

So for example, imagine you currently have a Machine within the Dev Environment, using an Account that is also within the Dev Environment. Now you try to add the Machine to the Prod Environment. This operation fails because the Account this Machine uses is unavailable in the Prod Environment. The solution in this case is to simply add the Account to the Prod Environment first.
