Related to my previous post at http://help.octopusdeploy.com/discussions/problems/407-data-not-appearing-after-upgrade-from-096204-to-10131206, after upgrading the central server, the health check doesn’t report that any tentacles need upgrading. My tentacles, however, are all version 0.9.620.4.

This will be caused by the same issue, because the environments/machines haven’t been imported there is nothing to health check. I’ve replied to your other post with details.
