TargetRole lowercase ONLY in 4.0.8

It looks like we can’t create a new TargetRole with any uppercase characters. If we use all lowercase letters is works, but if we use UpperCase characters in the name it fails. All the TargetRoles that were migrated over from our OD 3.x instance are still using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters successfully.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I’ve created an issue for it here. The fix will go out in version 4.0.10, which should be released today.
