I have users in Octopus Deploy 2.4.5.46 and want to switch to Active Directory users.
I gave the users the same username as their active directory name. What will happen to those usernames if I make the switch?
Will there be a conflict or will one of the two overrule the other?

We have a documentation page found here that allows you to go through the steps of making the switch:
When you make the switch, both user accounts will be able to log in, it will infact create a duplicate account for example you will have a Bob account and a Bob@domain account created.
You will have to delete the duplicates after users have logged in, or even pre-delete them once you have the AD access up and running (I will be updating the documentation page to be more explicit regarding this!).
