Subscription email timestamp

The date/time in the “When” column of our subscription emails is about 12 hours into the future. The server time is up to date. Is there a setting for this?

We’re using 3.5.1

I kept investigating about this and It turns out there was an open github issue for it: https://github.com/OctopusDeploy/Issues/issues/2910
