I have seen a popup error in Octopus Deploy today. It disappeared after a minute.
Anyone know what this message means or seen it before?

Thanks for getting in touch!
The message looks to have originated with the SQL server, so, it may be worth checking the logs there to see if the SQL server was undergoing a restart or similar.
