Hi I created a cloud instance using an account and it fails to create an instance just keeps looping on creating an instance. When I try and just delete that instance it fails and tells me to contact support any chance you can give me the email to log this to ?
Sorry to hear this! Can you let me know the subdomain of the instance you’re referring to, and I can take a look? I suspect the Octopus Account has dropped out of sync with our management infrastructure, so I just need to resync them.
