Sample on how to deploy a SQL server database

Dear support,
I am evaluating Octopus in different scenarios and actually one of them is to deploy a small test SQL server database…

Do you have any clear step by step sample in order to deploy sql server in our following use case

1- An initial sql server database need to be deploy under DEV target
2- A database update change need to be deploy to TEST target

We are using Entity framework 6.0 for our database modeling
