Running a powershell script using a specific Windows service account / user account?

In the ‘Deploy windows service’ step, you can set a custom user account & password, and that user account is used to install / start the service account (rather than the usual account of the tentacle)

Is it possible to ‘Run a powershell script’ using a custom user account & password as well? Or to change the user account within the powershell?
