Rollback steps for OD 4.1.X Upgrade

Hello Team,

We are planning to upgrade our OD from 3.15.7 to 4.1. Is it possible to rollback this upgrade? If yes, could you please share the steps for the rollback.

Thanks for getting in touch,

It’s not currently possible to rollback from version 4.x to 3.x due to major changes to schemas, if you proceed with the upgrade and wish to rollback you would need to ensure you have a database backup from prior to the upgrade and you would need to restore to this point after installing the version of 3.x that was previously used.
