Renewed license cannot be updated in application

Hi,

We’ve renewed our license several days ago but Octopus still shows that it expired. Whne we click on renewal link, it shows that it renews in August 2020, so it looks like it should be fine. Is there anything special that we need to do on our server to make Octopus pick up the updated license? We’ve restarted server and octopus multiple times, nothing has changed.

If possible, can you send your license key to support@octopus.com? I’ll pickup your mesage there and take look at your key.
