Release Creation possible (AzureDevops Release Task)

Hello,

Since a couple of hours we experience problems when creating Octopus Releases with Azure Devops.

It seems to be a combination of CLI Version 7.3.3 / Octopus Task Integration 4.1.431 in Azure Devops which leads to
“Unrecognized command arguments: --releaseNotesFile=E:_work\Kalimdor\r41\a\release-notes-f85eef60-807d-11ea-a5ae-b1b1d266aa90.md”

Forcing CLI Version 7.3.2 makes the step working again.

Seems to be related with this commit somehow?

​There was a minor issue with this version of the CLI. We are in the process of releasing 7.3.4 that should rectify the problem.
