Project Switcher Caching Issue

We recently updated to v2019.13.7 and noticed that now when you use the Project Switcher, it caches your search. The problem is that the next time you open the Project Switcher and start searching, you are appending your old cached search instead of creating a new one. I’m the type of user that clicks a search button and starts typing my search term immediately so this caching functionality is now breaking every single search I attempt instead of being a faster way to find a project.

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m sorry to hear you’re hitting this issue. I agree this behavior is certainly not ideal and it makes this project switcher less helpful than it should be. I’ve raised a bug report to get this addressed which you can track at the following link.
