We can now set the PackageID and package feed in the action template. Can we also fix a specific version of the package in the template?

Sadly, there’s no way to permanently lock a particular version on the Octopus project, but depending on how you’re handling your release creation, you might have an option here. If you’re creating it in your build server (or via the Octo CLI that powers them), you can specify the package versions in the create-release command. These could be a static string so that it would use that version every time.
