We are trying to install polling tentacle on our application server. we have access to the polling tentacles but we are getting an 403 error , forbidden access error. ApiKey used has all the privileged and request you to help us on how we can find the root cause of this issue ?
Thanks for reaching out with your question. Would be it possible to get a copy of your Tentacle logs, by default they’d be located at C:\Octopus\Logs.
