Octopus Metadata step for Bamboo

Hi Team,

I have gone through the below link and found we can display the commit ids in Octopus by pushing them from build server.

We are using Bamboo and not able to find this Octopus Metadata step, please let me know if this kind of plugin is availble for bamboo or do we have any other way.

I know all the mentioned plugins in the Bamboo guide what you mentioned, I want to know how to send the commit messages from bamboo to octopus, like how we can send this in team city using Octopus metadata plugin, hope you understand my requirement.

Hi Satish,

As long as you’re on the latest version of our Bamboo plugin, there’s a Octopus Deploy: Octopus Metadata step that you add to your build and this will create the metadata file that is then pushed to Octopus.
