Octopus Deploy Cloud Instance not starting back up

We had a trial version of Octopus Deploy that got expired on Oct 5 and we just renewed our license. However, it has been around 2 hours since renewal and our instance is still inactive.
Is this normal and what is the expected timeframe for an instance to become active again?

It is fairly normal for an instance to take a while to come out of hibernation, although yours appears to have taken a bit over 48hrs which seems excessive. I’ve had a look and confirmed that your instance has been re-activated, let me know if you have any problems.
