Are there any plans to make the Octopus.Client nuget package available for use in .NET Core projects? Also, any plans to make the source for the client available on GitHub?

Yes, we have plans to open source Octopus.Client but it might be a while yet and it would be done as part of a bigger piece of work we have in the pipeline.
We will also be looking at making it compatible with the new .NET Core stuff, but same as above, part of a bigger piece of work in the pipeline.
