OctoDeploy and IIS Site Deployment Question

So guys I am hoping someone can point me to the correct options in process steps. OctoDeploy works great, and next week I will be demo’ing it to our team for our auto IIS deployments with services. However I have a problem. It works great in respect to building and deploying to target, however every time I go to the site, the site’s files are still linked to the old release. I have to manually point the website to the new files. What in the steps am I missing?

Again I should have waited to post. I fixed my own issue again. Issue is resolved.
