Nupkg size for Octopus deployment

Hello Team,

I am using Octopus tool for code deployments.
I have a folder of 2.5 GB that I have packaged into nupkg. Is it possible to deploy this nupkg through Octopus using the deploy step template.

Will there be any issues in acquiring this package in Octopus as it is of huge size?

Hi Sohil,

Thanks for getting in touch! Whilst a 2.5GB package is quite large, Octopus should not give you any grief with it. In cases with poor network connections you can encounter some issues, though this is not something Octopus is really able to account for. So long as you can transfer the file, Octopus should consume it just fine.

Hey Daniel, Thanks a lot for the quick response.
I tried and it works fine however the nuget takes 40-45 minutes to package the files and upload to octopus.
Can you please suggest an approach that would help it package in lesser time.
