I have a few variables, such as a variable for the IIS Website hostname, where it’s legitimate for the value to have a value or be null (screenshot attached).
However, if the value is null it displays a warning icon which is quite misleading and creates the appearance of an invalid state.
Is it possible to change this behaviour? Perhaps being able to flag a variable as nullable?
Thanks for getting in touch. We have also had a few other customers complain about this, so we’ve decided that we want to change this feature to make the warnings less annoying.
We are still deciding what to do instead, but you can track our progress here. Feel free to contribute to that issue if you have any scenarios you’d like to share, or if you have any suggestions as to how we could improve this feature.
