Network slowness yesterday

I use Octopus cloud and had a number of releases scheduled for yesterday morning Eastern Time, US. The steps that executed on the Octopus server itself seemed to run fine. However, whenever network transfer was involved (collecting artifacts, acquiring packages, general communication with tentacles, etc.), these steps proceeded extremely slowly causing me to abort automated deployments and take them over manually. My network was working normally. I even jumped on some of the target nodes to make sure the tentacle service was running and OK.

I sent an email to support but haven’t gotten a response in going on 24 hrs+. Did anyone else have this issue? Are Mondays just bad luck days for Octopus cloud?

Just wanted to give a quick update to this since I commented on Octopus’ support response time. They did reach out to me and we’ve started to discuss the issue.
