Our credentials to Octopus are currently tied to our domains active directory. We plan on moving the Octopus server to another domain. Can you provide a checklist of steps we need to take to allow for a smooth transition? Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. This question comes up from time to time so I’ve wrote a new documentation page that describes the steps and some of the challenges. This is now available at the following URL.
That said, the high-level steps are ensure the new domain the Octopus Server is in (say Domain B) trusts the original domain where your users are in (say Domain A). If this is correct and you’re running Octopus 3.5 or newer, then your users should be able to log in as normal.
