I am getting below error while trying to login Octopus with my admin user.
The sign in succeeded but we failed to get the resultant permissions for this user account. There was a problem communicating with the Octopus Server: There was a problem with your request
The services are up, DB is up, but not sure what is triggering this error.
Can you tell me what version of Octopus you are currently running?
Can you also send through your Octopus Server logs (C:\Octopus\Logs by default) as these should give us some more details as to what is causing this issue.
