I have created a step template in Octopus 2.5.x, which supports custom field types for it’s parameters. I set my field to type Checkbox and by default it is not checked. I’d like to set it’s default value to checked though and I wonder if the default value for this field type can be set at all or whether it doesn’t apply, just like the help text states.
I tried setting the default value to 1, true, even checked, but to no avail. Of course I could also create a drop down field with two entries and then set the default value, which works just fine.
