Is it possible to deploy TFS specific change sets to existing deployment?

I need to check if it is possible to deploy the Change sets to a pre-configured web site in IIS?

Currently if i deploy a nuGet package it creates a new folder in the specified directory and deploy the contents there but i need to replace the existing contents after backing up the original ( only partial deployment )

Is this possible?

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch! We have a feature that allows you to define the directory that your site is installed to, but Octopus does not do partial deployments, it releases everything in your package.
