Instalation Octopus Deploy on Ubuntu without docker?

Is there any tutorial how to install Octopus Deploy on Ubuntu without docker?

Thank you for contacting Octopus Support and great question on installing Octopus on Linux.

Unfortunately our Octopus Linux versions are container based so you would need to have some kind of container based system to run it.

We do have a page in our documentation which covers the various ways you can run it (Kubernetes, ACS, ECS, AKS, EKS, or Docker itself).

Was you after a tutorial to run it directly in Ubuntu as you would Windows (ie run installer, install program) as if so this is not possible to do I am afraid.

Or was you looking for a tutorial on how to run our Octopus Linux containers in Kubernetes or one of the other container based systems?
