Icon missing from Programs and Features

Hello,
After installing Tentacle 4.0.5 on Windows Server 2016 I’ve noticed that icon next to Octopus Deploy Tentacle entry in Programs and Features list is missing.
I’ve tried repairing and uninstalling/installing the client again, but this doesn’t help. I’ve done installation on multiple machines and behavior seems to be consistent. I did not experience this issue with previous Tentacles versions, 3.8.8 for example.

Is this a known issue or specific to my environment?

Thanks for getting in touch! This does look like a bug with the latest version of Tentacle. We have reproduced this issue and created a GitHub issue to address it.
