package description is comming as package name by default how to give package description other than package nameand also let me know rest API call to provide package description

Hi Bibhor,

Thanks for reaching out. That info comes from the Description metadata field in the package. Its not something you can change from the Octopus portal or the API. You need to set that description when you create the package,

If you can tell me how you are creating the package, I can give you a hand figuring out how to set it.
