There doesn’t seem to be a way to move a machine to a new environment I have some setup scripts I use to auto-install an Tentacle but after setting that up, I would like to move that machine to the appropriate environment but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do so.

That’s right, there’s no way to do this currently - you’ll need to manually create a new machine and copy the details over.
I’m working on a lot of changes for the whole environments/machines area and I’ll make sure this is a supported option.
