Health check and other tasks are queued and queue is not processing

Hi Team,
I have configured to octopus cloud and my laptop having windows 10 with tentacle. I’m using polling as communication mechanism.

After configured the client and server, did a health check, release and so on.
but those actions are listed in tasks tab and tasks are queued. i was waiting for 8 hours today and none of the health checks are happen this far.

Can you please look in to this issue and fix it.
